Chargflow | Senior Backend Engineer
We’re looking for a top-notch senior engineer, with plenty of hands-on
software engineering experience. You will be joining our core product team
which focuses on creating an innovative solution built on cutting-edge
technology to combat fraud. Our mission is to provide our clients with robust
protection against chargebacks, ensuring they can sustain their revenue and
maximize their profits.
What You Would Do
- Take a senior role in the team of talented engineers, share your experience
and demonstrate your expertise building our market-leading product - Design and implement the infrastructure of the system including the
ingestion, algorithms, performance optimizations, and interactive applications - Build a highly scalable data platform for diversified and complex data flows
- Have end-to-end ownership: Design, build, ship, measure, and maintain our
backend services. You build it — you own it - Work closely with our fantastic Product team that created an industry-leading SaaS

What You Should Have
- 4+ Years of experience in backend software development with
JavaScript/TypeScript/NodeJS- Must - Experience in designing and maintaining microservices and FaaS- Must
- Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructures and architectures – specifically AWS-
Must - Experience designing with both NoSQL and relational databases. Mongodb – Must
DevOps skills such as SAM, CloudFormation – advantage - Experience building infrastructure, choosing and integrating tools and best practices
around development speed, velocity and standardization — advantage - BSc in computer science or equivalent – Serious advantage
